Abstract
The goals of this bachelor thesis are distribution and description of particular forms and methods of valuation of land. Methods of a valuation and their influence on a public policy are described in the introduction. Theoretical part describes forms, methods and types of lands that evaluation deals with. In the practical part are processed several methods and forms that are applied on a particular land.
