Vymezení kritické infrastruktury primárně ohrožené projevy nových bezpečnostních fenoménů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení bezpečnostního prostředí ČR v kontextu kritické infrastruktury. Teoretická část obsahuje popis současných bezpečnostních hrozeb, vybraných především na základě Bezpečnostní strategie České republiky a východiska k určení oblasti kritické infrastruktury, vycházející z nařízení vlády č. 432/2010 Sb. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení stavu bezpečnostních hrozeb v České republice, stanovení důležitosti kritické infrastruktury a v konečném důsledku vymezení vybraných oblastí ohrožených aktuálními bezpečnostními fenomény.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the safety enviroment in the Czech Republic evaluation in the context of critical infrastruction. The theoretical part contains the description of contemporary safety phenomena’s, picked out mostly on the basis of the safety strategy of the Czech Republic and solutions for determination of the critical area infrastructre based on the government decree number 432/2010 collection. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the safety thread situation in the Czech Republic, determines the importance of the critical infrastruction and in the and its mutual combination.
