Abstract

Development of new types of lead - free solders for high - temperature application and study their characteristics. The scope of the thesis is to study the Al – Sn – Zn ternary system, and other types of lead-free solders and the preparation of experimental alloys. Samples of alloys were subjected to the following analysis: metallography, microhardness, DTA, chemical macro-and micro-analysis (ICP-AES, OES, EDAX). The experimental section contains lead-free alloys, sample preparation and results of analyses.
