Komparativní analýza fungování vybraných fotbalových klubů

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the assessment and evaluation of the organizational activities and overall functioning of two selected football clubs, namely FK Hodonín and TJ Sokol Hroznová Lhota. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the organizational structure, financing models, and youth personnel management in different environments and, based on the findings, to propose recommendations for their further development. To achieve this goal, methods such as semi-structured interviews with the chairmen of both clubs, a questionnaire survey, analysis of internal financial data, and SWOT analysis were utilized. The results reveal evident differences related to the overall level of both clubs. Finally, specific recommendations are formulated for both clubs, which may serve their future development.
