Analýza benefitů jako prostředku k motivaci a spokojenosti zaměstnanců

Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of benefits as a means of motivating and satisfying employees in the selected company. The main goal of the work is to analyze the benefits offered and evaluate their influence on employee motivation. Based on the completed questionnaires, changes were also proposed for the existing offer of employee benefits. In the first part, I present theoretical starting points such as remuneration, employee motivation and employee benefits. In the second part, there is an introduction to the company and the benefits offered. In the last part, the questionnaire was evaluated, which was intended for all employees, and thanks to its evaluation, data interpretation and subsequent proposals and recommendations were possible. At the end of the thesis, a list of used literature and an appendix are published.
