Analýza mzdového systému u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce na téma ,,Analýza mzdového systému u vybraného zaměstnavatele“ popisuje právní úpravu mzdy a analyzuje mzdový systém u vybraného zaměstnavatele. Cílem práce je zhodnotit mzdový systém ve vybrané společnosti XYZ, v. o. s. a navrhnout řešení pro jeho zlepšení. V teoretické části je vymezen pracovněprávní vztah. Jakou funkci plní mzda a jak se vypočte čistá mzda. Je zde uveden vývoj minimální mzdy a vysvětlen průměrný výdělek a jeho uplatnění. V praktické části jsou základní informace o vybraném zaměstnavateli. Dále analýza mezd 3 zaměstnanců, od hrubé mzdy přes příplatky a srážky k čisté mzdě. Také je zde vyhodnocen dotazník spokojenosti zaměstnanců se mzdovým systémem u vybraného zaměstnavatele a v závěru je zhodnocen mzdový systém ve společnosti XYZ, v. o. s.

This thesis on the topic ,, Analysis of wage system at the selected employer“ describes the legal regulation of wages and analyses the wage system at the selected employer. The aim of the thesis is evaluated the wage system in the selected company XYZ, v.o.s. and proposing a solution for its improvement. There is defined the relationship between the employer and employees in the theoretical part, what is the function of wages and how is the net wage calculated. There is also mentioned a development of the minimum wage and explained the average earnings and its application. The practical part contains the basic information about the selected employer. There is also analysis of wages of 3 employees - gross wages, bonus and the deductions from net wage. There is also evaluated here the questionnaire of employee satisfaction with the wage system at the selected employer and in the conclusion, there is evaluated the wage system in the company XYZ, v.o.s.
