Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je management organizace propojený s bezpečností práce na pracovišti. Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělil do tří částí. První část je zaměřena na teorii managementu, druhá na představení společnosti a třetí na analýzu stavu bezpečnosti ve firmě AB. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je identifikace procesů, jakými firma AB zajišťuje a dodržuje bezpečnost práce ve firmě. Tyto procesy prostuduji a v závěrečné fázi zhodnotím, jak firma AB zvládá bezpečnost práce a přitom identifikuji případné nedostatky nebo chyby, kterých se firma AB dopouští. Tuto analýzu provedu pomocí přímé metody a to formou rozhovoru s hlavním bezpečnostním technikem firmy AB a zpracováním informací z interního systému firmy.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the management of organization connected with occupational safety in the workplace. I divided my thesis into three parts. The first part focuses on the theory of management, the second part on the introduction of the company and the third part focuses on the analysis the AB company safety state. The goal of my bachelor thesis is the identification of processes how the AB company provides and adheres occupational safety in the firm. I will study these processes and in the last stage, I will assess how the AB company copes with occupational safety and identify possible shortcomings or errors the company makes. I will make this analysis by the direct method and by the form of an interview with the chief safety officer of the AB company and by information processing from the inert system of the company.
