Analýza mzdového systému vo vybranej obchodnej spoločnosti

Abstract

Main topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of wage system in chosen business company. Rules and regulations for employee remuneration are understood under this term. The aim of this thesis is to offer theoretical understanding of the wage system. Based on this understanding the wage system in a selected business company is analyzed and evaluated, the current state is defined and viable solutions for system improvement are proposed. The thesis consists of three parts, theoretical, practical and evaluating part. Methodology of system analysis was used. Part of the thesis is also analysis of personnel costs development during a specific time period and rate of personnel costs in overall costs. Legislative adaptations of selected Slovak laws are compared to adaptations of Czech laws. Part of the thesis is also the evaluation of questionnaire savings performed in chosen stock company. The wage is system is evaluated based on this analysis.
