Porovnání výkonnosti podniků hybridní metodou AHP a Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce je porovnání výkonnosti společnosti pomocí metody Analytický hierarchický proces (AHP) a Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Hlavní část diplomové práce je srovnání výkonnosti čtyř podniku kombinací metody BSC a AHP k 31. 12. 2012. V práci je popsáno vícekriteriální hodnocení variant metodou AHP a poté je popsána metoda BSC. V další kapitole je popis vybraných společností. Jsou vybrány čtyři společnosti, se kterými je pracováno v praktické části. Tyto společnosti jsou AL Invest Břidličná, a.s., KOVOLIS Hedvikov, a.s., KOVOLIT, a.s. a Z-Group Steel Holding, a.s. Všechny zvolené společnosti mají sídlo na území České republiky. Čtvrtá kapitola je praktická část práce. V této části jsou stanoveny a popsány čtyři perspektivy metody BSC a jejich ukazatele. Poté jsou stanoveny váhy vybraných ukazatelů a porovnány varianty s ohledem na vybrané ukazatele. Je stanoveno souhrnné hodnocení. Nakonec je toto hodnocení posouzeno nejdříve z hlediska jednotlivých perspektiv a poté je provedeno celkové hodnocení.

The topic of diploma thesis is comparison of companies performance by hybrid Analytic Hierarchy Proces (AHP) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method. The aim of the diploma thesis is comparison of performance of four companies by combination Balanced Scorecard and AHP as at 31st December 2012. In general there is described multiple attribute decision-making with focus by method AHP and then is described BSC method. In the next chapter is description of selected companies. They selected four companies with which to work in practical part. These companies are AL Invest Břidličná, a.s., KOVOLIS HEDVIKOV, a.s., KOVOLIT, a.s. and Z-Group Steel Holding, a.s. All selected companies are based in the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter is a practical part of the thesis. In this section are identified and described four perspectives methods and indicators. Then weights are determined by comparing selected indicators and options with respect to selected indicators. It determined a comprehensive assessment. Finally, this assessment is first assessed in terms of individual perspectives and then evaluated overall assessment.
