Abstract

In my thesis I focuse on data falsification in bank loan application process. First section provides factors responsible for increased financial criminal rate. People and entities who are committing such crimes thereafter – their characteristics, examples of data falsification and counterfeiting. There are noticed the most types of loan frauds there. Last section outlines criminal consequences of loan frauds for the protection methods used by banks to eliminate loan frauds and proposal measures.
