Monitoring cen nemovitostí z inzerce realitního portálu

Abstract

This thesis deals with monitoring of real estate prices by creating a price map of sales and leases from advertising of selected real estate portal in the Czech Republic. Advertisements are downloaded through the RSS feed, filtered and processed, so they can be shown in a web map application developed in this thesis. The thesis also mentions disadvantages of chosen data source and compares final application with existing applications in Czech Republic.
