Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis "Employee development using coaching" is a developing coaching program for a particular employee based on his profile of competencies. The first theoretical part is focused on general characteristics of human potential and barriers in the organization. There are also provided advanced management methods and techniques of coaching employee. In the first chapter of practical part is defined the personal profile of employee, including his competencies. Also is characterized organization where the employee works. Based on this profile is drawn up a program of coaching, which is properly prepared to eliminate specific deficiencies in competence and improving professional performance of employee. The practical part reflects the author's attitude to the coaching employees and is based on his practical experience. This thesis contains documents mapping the personal profile of employee and process of coaching course.
