Koncepce sportu v Přerově

Abstract

This thesis deals with the concept of sport in Prerov. The aim is to propose a coherent concept of sport, which could serve as a basis for the statutory city of Prerov, for its implementation. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains chapters that deal with the basic terminology and the financing of sport as a generic term. The theoretical part also focuses on the financing of sport in the Czech Republic, and from the perspective of multi-source financing of sport, the formation of monetary funds and funds from public budgets. The diploma thesis also deals with research methods that will be used both in theoretical and in practical part of this work. The practical part consists of four chapters. The first chapter describes the city of Prerov, its history, the past and the present of sport in the statutory city and it describes the town of Prerov in terms of sport. In the second chapter, I used the description method, which describes sport facilities in Prerov and the SWOT analysis. The third chapter focuses on evaluation of my survey. The fourth and final chapter focuses on development of sport in the town and on suggesting a space for construction of some sport facilities that respondents would like to have in Prerov. Due to lack of information from the municipality and sport organizations my thesis can serve as a theme for the conception of sport.
