Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing research customer satisfaction the company. On the basis of personal and electronic interrogation was found customer satisfaction. Use of this questionnaire was recommended to continue this trend, or as customer satisfaction improved. The bachelor thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter describes the theory of marketing research and his history. It also containts the methods of marketing research and marketing research process, including interrogation. The second chapter focuses on the characteristics of the company. The third chapter is created on the principle of the survey, and the fourth chapter consists of suggestions and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction.
