Hodnocení efektivity týmu s ohledem na dosažené cíle

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the topic of “An Evaluation of Team Effectiveness due to Fulfilment of Goals”. It is based on an extensive cooperation over the years 2009 – 2011 with the chosen youth team that was organizing a project called “St. Hubert’s Festival“ (Hubertovy slavnosti) which was financially supported mainly from the Make a Connection program. According to the project documentation, evaluation reports and results from series of half-standardised interviews with every team member as well as their coach and the group interview, the process of team forming, its main goals, division of team roles, creation of team rules and community work and realization of the planned project were analyzed. Afterwards I characterized strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threads that probably should influence the team work. This thesis could be very useful and valuable for endowments and organizations supporting youth informal education.
