Abstract

The thesis deals with the preparation of alkali activated materials based on important secondary material - granulated blast furnace slag. Phase composition and properties of composites were modified with 5 and 10 wt.%. of metakaoline obtained by kaoline temperated at 600 °C. Additions of metakaoline slightly lower compressive strength and bulk density of materials. The samples which were stepped tempered confirmed the durability of all types of test materials to 1000 °C. Indicate are the compressive strength at 15 to 20 MPa for tempered samples. Addition of metakaoline to samples changes of phase composition of materials toward zeolite phases. As a result is increasing stabillity and corrosion resistance of the materials by this compostition.
