This diploma thesis aims to develop a project documentation for a construction project, construction part according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation. The construction in question is an apartment building designed on a selected plot of land in Opava. The building has an underground floor and four above-ground floors with 16 residential units for permanent living. The project includes a technical report, drawing documentation and thermal technical assessment of perimeter structures, including an energy label for the building envelope. Also a static calculation of the designed structural element, a concrete monolithic staircase, is included.
