Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of the administrative building. Part of the diploma thesis is a complete building documentation for construction, proper design of perimeter structures, which have been assessed from the thermal-technical point of view according to ČSN 73 0540-2 [1]. Using the Energy 2016 [37] program, the Energy Envelope label of the building envelope was evaluated, which was evaluated as austerity. In addition, a static design and assessment of the prefabricated base plate was carried out. The diploma thesis has 109 pages. The solved object of the administrative building is three-storeyed, non-blocked, roofed with a single-layer, non-ventilated flat roof. The object is designed as a skeleton prefabricated construction system S1.2 with Ytong filigree porous brickwork. Part of the administrative building is the dining hall for employees and the public, located in 1st floor. In the 2nd floor there are spaces for training of external companies, meeting rooms and a video-call room. The entire 3rd floor contains offices for company employees, including offices for people with limited orientation and movement. On all floors of the office building, the necessary hygienic equipment is designed for people with limited orientation and movement. All three above-ground floors are designed without barriers according to the design. No. 398/2009 Coll. [15]. The vertical movement between floors is ensured by means of a three-arm staircase designed according to ČSN 73 4130 [3] or by a traction lift. The design documentation for the construction is drawn up according to the valid standard ČSN 01 3420 [4].
