Využití alternativních paliv v městské hromadné dopravě

Abstract

The topic of the submitted bachelor thesis is the overview of existing alternative fuels and their usage in the urban mass transportation. The first part of the thesis defines particular types of fuel, their usage, attributes and production sequence. Also the necessity of fossil fuels substitutions is closely explained. The second part of the thesis is focused on the urban mass transportation economy in the Czech Republic and other countries. The last chapter summarizes the usage of alternative drives in practice and the economical and ecological features. The conclusion deals with the future of particular types of fuel usage and summarizes the findings.
