Posouzení a využití dotačního managementu statutárního města Havířov

Abstract

The diploma thesis gives a comprehensive view of the development and implementation of the EU Regional Policy in connection with the clarification of project management methodology and regional development in the programming period 2014-2020. The thesis aims at using the method of financing projects dealing with the support of the solution of shortcomings and opportunities in the border area, using partnership cooperation within the Program Interreg V-A Czech Republic on the example of a specific project VI Poland-Czech expert meetings. The first content, i.e. the second chapter in the order is devoted to the origin and development of EU regional policy, including institutional and financial security about the project management methodology. The third chapter discusses subsidies as a tool to support the Czech Republic's regional development in the European Union. The fourth chapter focuses on the MS2014+ system, through which project applications are processed.
