Abstract
Bachelor's thesis is focused on marketing research preferences of alternative uses of raw materials on the market today, construction of residential houses. Marketing research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, preferential group were residents of Louny. Based on the evaluation of the questionnaire were made conclusions presented. These findings and the findings will be recommended companies engaged in the construction of the residential buildings and can strengthen their future goals and strategies in the field of construction.
