Abstract

In the diploma thesis I deal with the questions of management in the field of managing styles applied in a chosen company. The empirical part of the diploma thesis summarizes theoretical findings from this field of management. The research part of the diploma thesis is focused on manager grid set up and assessment of managing styles by respective subordinates by means of questionnaires. The acquired results are evaluated and then there is suggested possible improvement in the field of management of respective managers of the chosen company.
