Zaměstnanecké benefity ve společnosti PST CLC, a.s.

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to map the issue of employee benefits, which are currently provided by the company PST CLC, Inc. In the theoretical part is carried out analysis of employee benefits currently offered to employees in the Czech Republic. The individual benefits are evaluated in terms of their tax benefit to employers and to employees. The work also contains a preferred method of remuneration of employees, which can ensure their sufficient incentive to the submission of the required working results and thereby increase the competitiveness of the firm.
