Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is focused on description of Mining Rescue Service and its use in emergency plans. Subjects of these plans are accident controls in mines and for oil and gas extraction processes. Bachelor thesis describes abnormal situations solving along with preventive actions for human lives saving and property damage reduction. Selected subject for emergency plan modification is sand pit. The emergency plan is designed according Czech Mining Authority notice. Bachelor thesis proposes improvements of the emergency plan and may be used for emergency plan update
