In the introduction of my thesis, I will discuss the theory of material flow management and his methods, I will follow by practical part focused on logistics transport products to customers FERROMETAL CZ ocelářské centrum, s.r.o.
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current way of using the transport, that is provided by external carriers and suggest the best solution in the form of investment into the purchase of their own trucks.
