Vícekriteriální metody pro analýzu a klasifikaci zásob

Abstract

Presented diploma thesis is devoted to the use of multi-criteria methods for inventory classification and analysis. Attention is paid especially to two-dimensional methods, e. g. combination of methods ABC/XYZ, ABC/FSN and also to three-dimensional method “Music – 3D”. For each of the methods, their advantages and drawbacks are described. Practical use of the multi-criteria methods is demonstrated on the inventory analysis of a foundry company.
