Činnost celních úřadů v oblasti vymáhání a vybírání poplatků a pokut uložených jinými orgány státní správy

Abstract

Celní správa České republiky, stejně jako celní správy ostatních států, plnila od nepaměti dva základní úkoly. Byla to ochrana a regulace domácího trhu formou výběru cla z dováženého zboží a dohled nad tím, aby toto zboží neohrožovalo životy a zdraví. Vstupem do Evropské unie dne 1. 5. 2004 došlo ke zrušení pravidelných celních kontrol na hranicích a naopak celní správě přibyly nové úkoly. Jedním z nich je od roku 2006 vymáhání a vybírání poplatků a pokut uložených jinými orgány státní správy

Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, as well as the customs administrations of other countries from time immemorial perform two main tasks. It was the protection and regulation of the domestic market in the form of collection of customs duties on imported goods and the oversight of these goods does not endanger the lives and health. Entry into the European Union on 1.5.2004 was canceled regular customs controls at border customs administration, and vice versa have taken on new challenges. One of the new challenges from 2006 recovery fees and penalties imposed by other government authorities.
