Využití metodiky BIM nástrojů ve veřejných zakázkách

Abstract

The diploma thesis discusses the application and use of BIM in the preparation, implementation and handover of buildings from the point of view of the public contracting authority. The tasks and technological challenges that BIM together with Construction 4.0 represent are clearly a challenge and a difficult task for public contractors in the Czech Republic. From the point of view of this diploma thesis, the right way is to focus primarily on the full use of the common data environment (hereinafter referred to as "CDE") and the comprehensive setting of the flow of graphic and non-graphic data between all authorized entities. The aim of the thesis is to get acquainted with current trends, used software and possibilities for the further direction of the BIM application in the environment of the Czech construction industry.
