Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the production of replica of a fictional weapon from a video game. The goal is to create a casting with fine details using a sand mold. The theoretical part contains a brief history of multiplayer games and principles in the creation of fictional weapons. It also includes 3D printing technology important for converting virtual objects into real ones and the materials from which the replica is made. The practical part deals with the conversion of the virtual model into plastic one then following converting into metal in the form of a casting.
