Analýza vývoje bydlení v panelových domech na území České republiky

Abstract

There is compiled analysis of the entire evolution of living in the panel buildings in the whole Czech republic area in this submitted bachelor’s thesis. Historical evolution is being described here including entire build-up progress, it’s purpose and effectiveness with reference to time aspect of valuation. Other part is first of all focused on social aspects of associated living in panel buildings with reference to time aspect of valuation. Following chapter describes evolution of ownership changes of these properties as a very significant factor influencing use and the economy ways in these houses. After that analysed break up of ownership change, next chapter of bachelor’s thesis slightly continues and is more extensively concerning about problematic question and that is modernizing of panel buildings, it’s repairs, extension of durability and primarily also reducing of energetic heftiness.
