Abstract

The Thesis with the title Profit teams and their impact on the economics of the firm focuses on the impact of the implementation of the profit teams on the company DC VISION, s.r.o. DC VISION, s.r.o. is a consulting company in the field of strategic management, change management, sales development and marketing and project management.

The introduction describes the goal of the thesis and the development of the individual chapters.

The first part focuses on the characteristics of the analyzed company. It briefly describes the history of the company, company profile, office locations and the organization chart.

The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis for the analytical part. It contains an explanation of basic concepts, formulas, processes and methods used in the thesis.

The analytical part analysis the current situation of the company, followed by the definition of the problems and needs associated with the implementation of the profit teams. Furthermore, the implementation procedure and the subsequent evaluation of the impact of the profit teams on the economics of the company are described here.
