Abstract
The thesis deals with foreign employment in the Czech Republic. It characterizes briefly and clearly all options that an employer can use according to applicable legislation if they decide to employ a foreigner or a EU citizen. It provides recruiters an everyday, easy and methodical guidance. The second part of the thesis describes real foreign employment data of the ČEZ group and their comparison with development in the Czech Republic between 2006 and 2012.
