Abstract

Subject of my bachelor thesis is marketing mix analysis of the catering company. The company is the firm Catering Morava. For target work I set out to find out how the various elements of the marketing mix affects the demand for services catering company from customers middle social class. Their views on the catering I gained through the survey. In the analysis I used the test of price sensitivity. The results of analysis and research helped me to identify proposals for future improvement of the marketing mix Catering Morava.
