Zhodnocení úrovně motivace norských zaměstnanců

Abstract

This thesis examines the level of motivation and satisfaction among employees in Norway, focusing on factors such as productivity, benefits, leadership, remuneration, and work-life balance. Using a questionnaire survey, data was collected and analyzed using statistical methods, particularly the Pearson chi-square test for independence. The results contribute to the understanding of employee motivation and satisfaction.
