Abstract

The goal of the Diploma thesis was an analysis of the evaluation system and its function in the joint-stock company XY, and to make a suggestion of possible changes for optimalization of this system. The thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical ones. The first part focuses on theoretical knowledge about the mentioned issues. In the theoretical part available published knowledge of the reputable specialists from the field of human management and evaluation system are summed up. In the second part the joint-stock company XY is presented, the analysis of used evaluating methods is carried out and innovated complex evaluation of technical-economic workers and working professions are made up.
