Břemenový elektromagnet

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to design a DC lifting electromagnet for moving ferromagnetic materials with capacity up to 7 500 kg. In introductory section is outlined the history of the magnetic clamp to the present. The next section is focused on the distribution of electromagnets by shape, size or quantities of steel items. Electromagnetic and thermal calculation was subsequently performed, which is rather indicative. The conclusion was dedicated to selected manufacturers, which have a very high technology to guarantee reliability, ease of installation and cost-effective way of lifting metal loads.
