Zhodnocení využívání outsourcingu v příspěvkových organizacích

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the use of outsourcing in selected contributory organizations of the Olomouc region with a primary focus on education. The first part of the thesis explains the basic terminology, suitable activities for outsourcing and the main reasons for its implementation and also, the benefits and risks associated with outsourcing. The second part consists of an analysis of outsourcing activities in individual contributory organizations, which are classified into three categories according to the number of employees. The questionnaire survey showed, that the usage of outsourcing varies between each category. The final part focuses on the comparison of the aforementioned contributory organizations based on their categories, conclusions and recommendations based on results.
