Abstract
An analysis of a methodology of an evaluation of results of research organisations and the evaluation of results of completed programs in years 2010-2012. A practical application of the methodology of the evaluation of results of research organisations and the evaluation of results of completed programs in years 2010-2012, and selected indicators of research and development activities of universities selected for a comparison in the Czech Republic for the period 2010-2012. Following universities were chosen CVUT in Prague, VUT in Brno and VSB-TU in Ostrava. An assessment of the applicability of evaluation indicators for research and development for an impartial evaluation of scientific and research performance of universities. Suggestions and recommendations for selected research organizations in the Czech Republic that could lead to the improvement of evaluated indicators of results in science and research.
