Zpracování a vizualizace fenologických dat

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the processing and visualization of phenological data provided by the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute for the territory of the Czech Republic. The introductory part of the paper discusses the objectives and provides an introduction, which focuses on and explains terms related to the topic. Furthermore, a selection of three plant species which were used for the processing is introduced. In the following section, there is a description of the input data for the selected plant species and the method of processing. This is followed by a practical section, which contains the resulting graphs and map outputs, including the description of these. The final part contains a summary of the information obtained, resulting from the generated output indicating the diversity of phenological stages of the plants in different years.
