Trh práce a politika zaměstnanosti v okrese Břeclav

Abstract

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on labour market matters and employement policy and its title is Labour market and employement policy in Břeclav district. It aims to analyse condition and development of labour market from both employement and unemployment views, and introduce the functioning of the employment policy and particular instruments of active and passive employement policy in years 2010 and 2011. This paper argues, that situation on the labour market in Břeclav district was in both analysed years still influenced by persisting economic crisis, therefore the unemployement was not developing well. Creating job opportunities in the future for handicaped persons would be suitable, along with announcing higher number of job offers from employers´ side in order to reduce conseqeunces of the crisis in this district.
