Abstract
The aim this thesis is to design functional and spatial utilization of development areas in
Kobeřice. The first chapters are given basic information about Kobeřice village and its
surroundings, there are also mentioned about itself the territory and its issues. Based on of this
knowledge were made urban design of this area. This thesis contains a total of 3 versions of
this area, one of which is analyzed in detail. For the chosen variant is developed transport and
technical infrastructure, public space and economic evaluation.
