The topic of diploma thesis is a proposal of the Philharmony building in the area of Černá louka in Ostrava.
The new concert hall, as a stand of world-renowned Czech symphonic music, is missing in the Ostrava city.
The work evaluates the ideal location for this music shrine and incorporates it into the overall design of
the site. The Philharmony building is a bearer of the cultural meaning, so it is a solitary object adjacent
to the central area of the unbuilt part of Černá louka.
