Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis was to describe the organizational forms used for the provision of public services by municipalities in the Czech Republic and subsequently analyze this issue in selected municipalities. For this purpose, was selected a group of three municipalities with a population between 10 000 - 30 000 inhabitants - the towns Šumperk, Zábřeh and Jeseník. Solutions hypothesis is the assumption that selected municipalities use the same organizational forms for providing public services. In the theoretical part are characterized public services, which provide municipalities and individual organizational forms. In the practical part is an analysis of organizational forms used in selected municipalities and then made their assessments and conclusions are drawn in the form of common and different attributes in this issue.
