Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to customer satisfaction measurement of the construction company STAZO Ltd. The theoretical part describes customer, his shopping behaviour and decision on B2B and B2C markets, customer satisfaction and satisfaction measurement. Also defines the construction market and the construction company from point of view macro and micro environments.
This marketing research was done via questionnaire inquiry. The informations were obtained using electronic questioning. In the last part, there are suggested recommendations, which could lead to higher customer satisfaction of the construction company.
