Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic Corporate Social Responsibility. Its main target is to make analysis of situation in the company RIOS spol. s r.o., find new ways of company improvement in CSR and create code of ethics.
The first part describes problems of CSR in detail and helps to understand and define basic technical terms.
In the second part is introduced company RIOS spol. s r.o., an analysis of CSR activities is made and code of ethics is created. Practical part is completed with proposals and recommendations for other improvements.
