Abstract

The content of this diploma thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of civic amnities. I tis a cities library, which will be divided into and adult department and department for children and youth. The cities library is situated in Ostrava. The building of the library is a detached building, located in a buil-up area. The cities library has two floors and one underground floor. There is a department for adults on the first floor of the building, in the second floor there is a department for children and youth. The underground floor is designed as a warehouse and technical background. In terms of load-bearing construction, it is a reinforced concrete skeleton structure, which is lined on the perimeter with filling masonry of YTONG aerated concrete blocks and LiaporBeton blocks. The roof of the building is designed as a single-skinned flat roof with a vegetation layer. As a basis for this thesis served the study of the cities library, which was developed within the subject Project I. The diploma thesis is divided into text and drawing part. The text part of the technical report is prepared in accordance with Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. as amended no. 62/2013 Coll. The content of the thesis also includes thermal technical assessments of perimeter structures, energy label of building envelope and static calculation of one ceiling slab above the 2nd floor.
