Abstract

The intention of this thesis is to project the apartment house for partly industrial area of town Krnov. Architectural and urban solutions emphasizes on effective use of the property, including maintaining a sufficiently large area for relaxing. The building is shaped floor plan consisting of a rectangle, which builds on the previous surrounding buildings. Part of this thesis deals with the assessment of steel girders, which are located on all floors of the house.
