Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of platten superheater tubes after long-term exposure. The pipes were delivered to the heating plant company KOMTERM Morava, s.r.o. from the K8 steam boiler, which came mainly in the left part of the superheater construction. The material analyzed was creep-resistant low-alloy steel 15 128. Based on the decision, sampling was performed from various locations and experimental procedures were determined in order to determine the degree of damage and to estimate the residual life of the material. The results showed that despite a certain degree of degradation of the material, the complete service life was not exhausted.
