Abstract

The presented bachelor thesis describes the oil safety of the Czech Republic, especially the activities of the municipality with extended authority in declaring a state of oil emergency. The next part compares the oil safety of the Visegrad Four countries. The practical part deals with the control of the documentation of municipality with extended authority Žďár nad Sázavou to address the state of oil emergency and to prepare and implement the allocation system. At the end of the work are given recommendations for supplementing the given documentation municipality with extended authority Žďár nad Sázavou.
