Výběr a adaptace zaměstnanců v multikině Cinestar

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je výběr a adaptace zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů, které s touto problematikou souvisejí. Tyto informace vycházejí z knižní literatury. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení společnosti CineStar s.r.o. a získání informací o procesu výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců uvnitř této společnosti. Z poskytnutých informací byl sestaven dotazník. V další části praktického oddílu jsou vyhodnoceny dotazníky a navrhnuty doporučení ke zlepšení procesu výběru a získávání zaměstnanců. V závěru práce je vysvětlena koncepce celé bakalářské práce a jsou shrnuty veškeré zjištěné poznatky.

The main objective of this bachelor work is Employee Selection and Adaptation. The work is divide to the theoretical and practical section. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of basic terms, which relate with this type. This informactions derive from books literation. The practical part is focused on the introducing company CineStar s.r.o. and get informations about process employee selection and adaptation inside this company. From provision information was formed questionnaire. In the next part practical section were proposed suggestions for the process improvements of the employee acquisition and selection in the further part of the bachelor work. In the conclusion of this work is explained the conception of the whole bachelor work and are summarized all collected findings.
